Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement technical training curriculums tailored to operational needs.
- Manage and coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT) schedules and activities.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps within teams.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update materials accordingly.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training goals with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
- Foster a positive learning culture that encourages professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development or human resources.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HVAC or engineering concepts is a strong advantage.
