Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies aligned with healthcare BPO operational goals and regulatory standards
- Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, trainers, and e-learning specialists
- Oversee the creation of engaging curricula for healthcare compliance, customer service, and technical skills
- Implement innovative delivery methods including blended learning, virtual classrooms, and microlearning
- Analyze training metrics and ROI to continuously improve program effectiveness and impact
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted interventions
- Manage training budgets, vendor relationships, and technology infrastructure (LMS, authoring tools)
- Ensure all training materials meet HIPAA, PHI, and other healthcare compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in corporate training with 3+ years in director/leadership capacity
- Proven experience in healthcare BPO, medical billing, or healthcare contact center environments
- Expertise in instructional design models, adult learning principles, and needs assessment
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex, multi-faceted training initiatives
- Certifications in training (e.g., CPLP, CTT+) or healthcare compliance (e.g., CHCA) highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday) and e-learning authoring tools
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
