Shilla Travel Retail, a global leader in the travel retail industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Training Executive to join our Human Resources team in Changi. In this critical role, you will drive employee development by designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that align with our business objectives. Partnering closely with department heads, you will identify skills gaps, create engaging learning materials, and facilitate impactful training sessions across various formats—including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job. You will also monitor training effectiveness, manage learning records, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses across retail and support departments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities
- Design, develop, and update training curricula, manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids to address identified needs
- Facilitate engaging training sessions in both group and individual settings, ensuring knowledge retention and practical application
- Coordinate with external training vendors, manage budgets, and schedule training logistics
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate training records, generate reports, and manage the learning management system (LMS)
- Support the onboarding process by delivering orientation sessions and enhancing new hire integration
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously refine our training approach
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in training and development, ideally within retail, travel, or service industries
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse learners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and experience with LMS platforms
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Knowledge of the travel retail or luxury retail landscape is a distinct advantage
- Relevant training certifications (e.g., ACTA, DACE, or equivalent) are highly valued
