Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational objectives
  • Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis
  • Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle including budget allocation, vendor coordination, and logistics
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics
  • Utilize e-learning platforms and multimedia resources to enhance delivery methods
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
  • Mentor trainers and facilitators to maintain high-quality program standards
  • Stay current with industry trends in adult learning and instructional design

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development management
  • Proven expertise in needs assessment, curriculum development, and program evaluation
  • Strong proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Experience managing training budgets and vendor relationships
  • Certification in instructional design or adult learning preferred
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
