Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis
- Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle including budget allocation, vendor coordination, and logistics
- Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics
- Utilize e-learning platforms and multimedia resources to enhance delivery methods
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Mentor trainers and facilitators to maintain high-quality program standards
- Stay current with industry trends in adult learning and instructional design
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development management
- Proven expertise in needs assessment, curriculum development, and program evaluation
- Strong proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience managing training budgets and vendor relationships
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
