In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our store operations' excellence, ensuring that every team member is equipped with the skills needed to deliver exceptional service.

As our Training Manager, you won't just be sitting behind a desk. You will be actively involved in conducting store visits, performing operational audits, and refining training programs that directly impact our brand standards. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced food industry environment and knows how to transform data from audits into actionable training strategies.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for store personnel.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operational efficiency and brand compliance.
  • Perform detailed operational audits to identify skill gaps and areas for service improvement.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions and continuous development workshops for new and existing hires.
  • Analyze training effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) and store performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to standardize SOPs and service excellence protocols.
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to store management teams to foster a culture of growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the food and beverage or retail industry.
  • Strong background in conducting operational audits and field-based training.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in instructional design and modern adult learning methodologies.
  • Ability to travel within the Metro Manila area for frequent store visits.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
