Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for store personnel.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational efficiency and brand compliance.
- Perform detailed operational audits to identify skill gaps and areas for service improvement.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and continuous development workshops for new and existing hires.
- Analyze training effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) and store performance metrics.
- Collaborate with operations managers to standardize SOPs and service excellence protocols.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to store management teams to foster a culture of growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Strong background in conducting operational audits and field-based training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in instructional design and modern adult learning methodologies.
- Ability to travel within the Metro Manila area for frequent store visits.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
