Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training curricula focused on soft skills, compliance, and sales techniques.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs to meet specific business objectives.
- Deliver engaging workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions to various levels of staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and feedback analysis.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with organizational strategies.
- Manage the training budget, source external vendors, and maintain training materials and resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends in learning and development to recommend innovative training solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training or instructional design role, preferably in a multinational or corporate setting.
- Proven track record in developing and facilitating training for soft skills, compliance, and sales teams.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Training and Development (e.g., ATD, CPLP) is a strong advantage.
