Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development priorities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for staff at all levels
- Create and maintain training materials including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Facilitate both classroom and on-the-job training sessions for operational staff
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Stay current with industry best practices in poultry/livestock management and compliance
- Manage training records and prepare comprehensive reports on program outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in corporate training or instructional design
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with poultry/livestock industry operations and safety protocols
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training management systems
- Ability to create bilingual (English/Filipino) training materials
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
