Are you a passionate educator with a background in the motorcycle industry? We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Training Officer to join our team in Makati City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the competence and professionalism of our store personnel, ensuring that our team delivers top-tier service and product knowledge to our customers.
As our Training Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end training management—from identifying skill gaps and developing curriculum to facilitating workshops and evaluating training effectiveness. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored for motorcycle store operations and sales staff.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and areas for service improvement.
- Facilitate high-impact training sessions, workshops, and product orientation seminars.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, visual aids, and e-learning modules.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff post-training to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with department heads to align training initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the motorcycle industry to keep training content relevant and competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Officer or Coordinator, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle retail industry.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong instructional design skills and proficiency in using training software/tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and feedback.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Makati City.
