Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and accurately record the daily attendance of all trainees and staff members.
  • Assist trainers in the preparation of training materials and logistics.
  • Generate, update, and maintain comprehensive training reports and documentation.
  • Provide general assistance to trainees to ensure a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Address basic inquiries regarding training schedules, procedures, and venue details.
  • Ensure the training room is set up and organized before each session begins.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to collect and analyze participant feedback.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • High level of attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
  • Previous experience in training support or administrative roles is highly preferred.
