Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of training programs for DMS implementation
- Develop comprehensive training schedules and timelines aligned with project milestones
- Liaise with subject matter experts to develop relevant training materials and content
- Manage training logistics, including venue booking, equipment setup, and participant registration
- Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Track training budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources
- Prepare regular reports on training progress, outcomes, and metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination or project management
- Experience with Delivery Management Systems or similar enterprise software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in training management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions
