Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for our range of technical training courses and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their training needs.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized training solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Prepare compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with the training delivery team to ensure seamless program execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend networking events, industry seminars, and trade shows to generate leads and promote Assets Training & Technical Services.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the training, education, or technical services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Existing network of corporate contacts in Singapore will be a significant advantage.
  • Must be able to commute reliably to our Jurong West Central office.
