Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities
- Develop engaging learning materials including manuals, presentations, and e-content
- Facilitate interactive training sessions for diverse employee groups
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to address specific competency requirements
- Manage training logistics, resources, and budget allocations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training or L&D roles
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development capabilities
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies
- Experience with needs analysis and program evaluation methodologies
- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives
