Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing staff
- Facilitate workshops on customer service, operational procedures, and leadership development
- Create and maintain training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis
- Stay current with industry trends to incorporate innovative training methodologies
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training or instructional design
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS systems
- Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
