Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, HR Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training program development
- Expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with proven engagement techniques
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital training tools
- Experience evaluating training effectiveness through surveys and performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
