Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive training curricula for new hires and existing staff.
- Conduct engaging classroom and e-learning training sessions on Pre-Process, Voice, and Client-Specific processes.
- Facilitate end-to-end new hire training programs to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations managers to identify skill gaps and design targeted training solutions.
- Update training materials and methodologies based on process changes and client requirements.
- Maintain training records and track progress of all training cohorts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in BPO training or customer service operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with high attention to detail.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
