As a Training Specialist, you will leverage your clinical background to coach, mentor, and audit nursing activities. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing development workshops for existing nursing staff.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing activities for schedule adherence, quality, accuracy, and productivity.
- Provide actionable feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance metrics.
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training interventions to enhance operational output.
- Ensure all processes strictly align with internal quality standards and healthcare compliance regulations.
- Analyze performance data and generate detailed reports to track training effectiveness and team progress.
- Collaborate with operations management to streamline workflows and improve timeliness of service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed US Registered Nurse (USRN).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical or BPO healthcare environment.
- Proven experience in training, mentoring, or quality assurance is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex clinical information clearly.
- Highly proficient in virtual collaboration tools and remote work environments.
