Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys and performance reviews
- Design, develop, and update training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content
- Deliver engaging training sessions on soft skills, compliance, and job-specific competencies
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through post-session assessments and follow-up
- Manage training records and maintain learning management system (LMS) data
- Collaborate with HR to align training programs with company goals and employee development plans
- Stay current with industry training methodologies and emerging learning technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate training or employee development
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience designing instructional materials and curriculum development
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
