Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, develop, and update comprehensive training programs and modules, including new hire orientation, product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures for all store and support staff.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs for employees at various levels, ensuring high retention and application of learning.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization, proposing effective solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
  • Create and maintain high-quality training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with business objectives and operational standards, particularly within the food & beverage sector.
  • Mentor and coach junior trainers or designated department trainers, fostering their development and ensuring consistency in training delivery.
  • Oversee the administration of training schedules, records, and resources, including utilization of a Learning Management System (LMS) if applicable.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a training and development role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and curriculum development.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and the desire to contribute to the growth and excellence of a leading coffee company.
