Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business processes and data flows to identify gaps in non-financial regulatory reporting.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers and data engineers.
- Perform comprehensive data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy across various jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline reporting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing reporting frameworks.
- Document end-to-end data lineage and business logic for compliance audits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting anomalies in collaboration with technical support teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven experience in regulatory reporting and understanding of data governance principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global collaborative team environment.
