- Lead and manage the end-to-end Knowledge Transfer (KT) execution strategies for healthcare teams.
- Conduct proficiency validation assessments to ensure team members meet required competencies.
- Oversee the certification sign-off process and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Execute readiness checkpoints to validate team preparedness for project rollouts and operational shifts.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a Transformation Lead or similar role within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong understanding of Knowledge Transfer methodologies and proficiency validation frameworks.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong focus on quality assurance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder reporting and training.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Metro Manila.
- Valid professional certification in healthcare or project management is highly preferred.
