Tanggung Jawab
- Translate documents, communications, and materials accurately between languages while maintaining cultural nuances
- Provide real-time interpretation support during meetings, conferences, and client interactions
- Manage multilingual customer support channels including email, phone, and chat platforms
- Maintain and update translation glossaries and terminology databases
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications to ensure information clarity
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping
- Proofread and edit translated content for grammatical accuracy and consistency
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in minimum two languages with strong command of Indonesian and English
- Previous experience in translation, interpretation, or customer support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of translation tools and CAT software preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; language certifications advantageous
