Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and site inspections
- Translate technical documents, contracts, and correspondence between Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and Indonesian stakeholders
- Prepare translation materials and maintain glossaries for industry-specific terminology
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive project information
- Support international project teams with ad-hoc translation requests
- Coordinate with external language vendors when specialized translations are required
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (native or equivalent) and Indonesian (professional proficiency)
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional translation/interpretation experience
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology and documentation
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
- Certification in translation or interpreting (e.g., NAATI, ATA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CAT tools and translation management systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
