Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business documents, contracts, and communications accurately between Mandarin and English
- Provide real-time interpretation during client meetings, negotiations, and international conferences
- Develop and maintain specialized glossaries for industry-specific terminology
- Ensure culturally appropriate translations that align with business objectives and brand voice
- Coordinate with global teams to maintain consistency in multilingual communications
- Support localization initiatives for marketing materials and technical documentation
- Monitor translation quality and implement continuous improvement processes
Kualifikasi
- Native-level proficiency in Mandarin with professional fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional translation/interpretation experience
- Proven expertise in business, legal, or technical terminology
- Advanced proficiency in CAT tools and MS Office Suite
- Cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Certification in translation (e.g., ATA) preferred
