Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely translation of documents, reports, emails, and presentations between Korean and Indonesian languages.
- Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during meetings, factory tours, training sessions, and daily operational discussions.
- Execute full cycle purchasing activities, including sourcing, evaluating, and selecting vendors, negotiating terms, and issuing purchase orders for goods and services.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Production, HR, Accounting) to understand their translation and purchasing needs and provide effective support.
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry related to purchasing, inventory, and potentially some basic accounting records.
- Ensure all translation and purchasing activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Support cross-cultural communication initiatives within the company to foster a cohesive working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Native or highly fluent proficiency in both Korean (written and verbal) and Indonesian (written and verbal); TOPIK Level 4 or higher is highly preferred.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a Translator, Interpreter, or combined Translator/Purchasing role, ideally within a manufacturing or semiconductor industry setting.
- Solid understanding of purchasing processes, vendor management, negotiation techniques, and supply chain fundamentals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural sensitivity skills.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP/purchasing software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to start immediately for a temporary contract period.
