Tanggung Jawab
- Translate documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa with high accuracy and cultural sensitivity
- Facilitate verbal communication between Mandarin and Indonesian speakers during meetings, conferences, and negotiations
- Ensure all translated materials maintain the original meaning while adapting to cultural nuances
- Assist in the preparation of bilingual presentations and training materials
- Collaborate with various departments to understand translation requirements and context
- Maintain terminology glossaries and style guides for consistency across all translations
- Proofread and edit translated content for accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness
- Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and translation best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian
- Minimum of 2 years of professional translation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Familiarity with translation tools and software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry terminology is a plus
