- Coordinate daily transportation schedules for students and staff across multiple routes
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles meet safety standards
- Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of transport drivers and support staff
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and student safeguarding procedures
- Handle transportation-related inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints from parents
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, expenses, and vehicle logs
- Collaborate with school administration to optimize transportation routes and efficiency
- Develop and implement transportation policies and emergency procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation coordination or logistics management
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional time management abilities and proven problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with parents and staff
- Understanding of student safeguarding and safety procedures
