- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to schedule and execute vehicle maintenance activities
- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on transport vehicles
- Implement corrective maintenance actions to address mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for fleet assets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Collaborate with logistics department to align maintenance schedules with operational needs
- Monitor vehicle performance metrics and recommend optimization improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in automotive/mechanical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or similar role
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and mechanical repair procedures
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Valid mechanic certification or relevant technical training preferred
- Experience with fleet management systems a plus
