Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and route planning for goods delivery
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage documentation for shipments, including waybills and delivery confirmations
- Optimize logistics operations to minimize costs and delivery times
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external partners for seamless operations
- Track transportation metrics and prepare performance reports
- Resolve delivery issues and coordinate emergency logistics responses
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in transportation or logistics coordination
- Valid driver's license (Class B2 or higher) with clean record
- Proficiency in route planning and transportation management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Basic accounting knowledge for cost tracking and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
