- Oversee daily fleet operations including vehicle routing and driver scheduling
- Monitor driver performance through KPI tracking and implement improvement plans
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure operational readiness
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Manage documentation for fleet operations and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams for seamless logistics coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in fleet management or transportation supervision
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management capabilities
- Proficiency in fleet management software and logistics systems
- Knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
