You'll oversee daily dispatch activities, coordinate with warehouse and production teams, and implement cost-effective routing solutions while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian transportation regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily transportation operations including dispatch scheduling, route optimization, and fleet monitoring
- Lead and mentor transport teams to ensure high performance, safety compliance, and on-time delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and procurement departments for seamless goods movement
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, vehicle maintenance schedules, and driver training programs
- Monitor transportation KPIs and implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining service quality
- Resolve operational disruptions and ensure contingency plans are in place for delays or emergencies
- Prepare and analyze transportation reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in transportation/logistics management with team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations, permits, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in logistics management software and route planning tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make decisions under pressure
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A) and clean driving record
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-functional communication
