Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound travel-related calls and emails professionally.
- Process travel reservations, bookings, and modifications efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel packages, itineraries, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to meet team targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a dayshift schedule with fixed weekend offs.
