Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain travel accounts using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Process flight, hotel, and tour bookings with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide real-time customer support for travel-related inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction targets
- Adapt to shifting schedules within a 24/7 operational framework
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed account records
- Identify upselling opportunities for travel packages and services
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Strong knowledge of travel industry products and services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service orientation with attention to detail
- High school diploma; college degree in Tourism or related field preferred
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
