Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to travel clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to travel bookings, itineraries, and post-trip experiences
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs and coordinate special travel arrangements
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service
- Stay updated on travel destinations, industry trends, and company offerings to provide accurate information

Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the travel industry
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software applications
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
