Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle and process hotel and travel reservations efficiently using internal systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries securely and accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction rates.
  • Upsell travel packages and amenities to enhance the client experience and meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and reservation details.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hotel reservations role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Willingness to work in a call center or hospitality environment.
