Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and process hotel and travel reservations efficiently using internal systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries securely and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Upsell travel packages and amenities to enhance the client experience and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and reservation details.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a customer service or hotel reservations role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Willingness to work in a call center or hospitality environment.
