Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Validate travel-related billings and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and organize airtight, audit-ready operational files and travel documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and track travel expenses to ensure adherence to established budgets.
  • Prepare regular reports on travel activities, spend analysis, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and third-party vendors to optimize travel service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in travel management, office support, or operations coordination.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and administrative capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex billing processes.
