Tanggung Jawab
- Process flight, hotel, and car rental reservations using the Amadeus GDS platform efficiently and accurately.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails for travel assistance, providing detailed information and booking solutions.
- Make proactive outbound calls to confirm bookings, check-in details, and promote value-added travel packages.
- Verify all travel itineraries and documentation to ensure compliance with airline and hotel policies.
- Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a detailed log of all interactions and bookings within the company's CRM system.
- Stay updated on global travel trends, visa requirements, and seasonal promotions to advise clients effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Proven proficiency in Amadeus GDS (Sabre or Worldspan experience is a strong plus).
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Customer-centric approach with a proven ability to upsell and cross-sell travel products.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Valid Philippine ID and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
