In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the company's financial health by ensuring accurate cash flow management, meticulous transaction recording, and robust internal controls.
As a Treasury Accountant, you will act as a temporary backbone for our finance operations, providing essential support during peak periods. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to showcase their expertise in treasury functions while working with a fast-paced team. You will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, monitoring daily cash positions, and ensuring all financial transactions are documented in compliance with company policies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Execute and record fund transfers, payments, and financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies with financial institutions.
- Prepare comprehensive treasury reports, including daily cash position updates and month-end summaries.
- Collaborate with the accounts payable and receivable teams to streamline cash inflow and outflow processes.
- Maintain compliance with internal financial controls and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the forecasting of cash requirements and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Provide support for internal and external audits by preparing necessary financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a treasury or general accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Solid understanding of banking operations, cash management principles, and financial reporting.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments.
