Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in daily cash management activities, including monitoring balances and reconciling receipts.
  • Facilitate the timely collection of payments and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the ledger.
  • Handle the preparation and release of checks to authorized vendors and stakeholders following company policies.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital records of treasury documents for audit readiness.
  • Perform daily data entry into the financial management system with high attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation of periodic treasury reports and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties to support the overall efficiency of the Treasury Department.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or general finance roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent numerical skills and a high degree of accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and cash handling protocols.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various departments.
