Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash flow operations to ensure optimal liquidity across multiple entities
- Develop and implement comprehensive liquidity planning strategies
- Conduct accurate financial forecasting for short and long-term planning
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate with banking partners to optimize cash management services
- Prepare regular treasury reports for senior management review
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in treasury or finance management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent understanding of cash flow management principles
- Experience with multi-currency operations and international banking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification (ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage
