Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end treasury operations including investments, loans, disbursements, insurance, and claims processing
- Design and enforce stringent internal controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance
- Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate financial settlements and optimize working capital efficiency
- Develop treasury policies, procedures, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Analyze financial markets and recommend investment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and executive teams on treasury-related initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive treasury reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of treasury management experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Expertise in cash flow management, risk assessment, and financial controls implementation
- Proficiency in treasury management systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and market trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- CTP, CFA, or similar treasury/finance certification highly advantageous
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector preferred
