Red Planet Philippines Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Supervisor to join our finance team in Makati City. As a Treasury Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's cash management, liquidity forecasting, and treasury operations. You will manage bank relationships, optimize short-term investments, and ensure efficient processing of payments and accounts receivable. This role is critical to maintaining financial stability and supporting the company's strategic goals.
In this position, you will lead a team of treasury professionals, develop policies to enhance cash flow, and implement best practices in treasury management. You will work closely with accounting and finance departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. - Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting to ensure optimal cash levels.
- Oversee treasury operations including cash management, payment processing, and accounts receivable.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Monitor and execute short-term investment strategies to maximize returns.
- Prepare cash flow projections and reports for senior management.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of treasury staff.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and liquidity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in treasury or cash management.
- Strong knowledge of treasury systems and banking platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
