Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of sales and collection processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to optimize financial resources
- Implement and maintain internal controls for treasury operations
- Prepare regular financial reports and analysis for senior management
- Coordinate with banking partners and manage banking relationships
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Lead and mentor the treasury team, providing guidance and support
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least 3-5 years of experience in treasury management or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA certification is a plus
