Join Ahnex Builders & Ready Mix Corporation as a key financial strategist in our Treasury department! We're seeking a dynamic Treasury Supervisor/Manager to oversee critical cash management operations for our growing construction and ready-mix concrete enterprise. In this pivotal role, you'll optimize liquidity, streamline disbursement processes, and enhance collection strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to implement treasury systems that drive financial efficiency and mitigate risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and working capital
- Oversee all disbursement processes including vendor payments, payroll, and expense reimbursements
- Lead collection initiatives to accelerate receivables and minimize bad debt exposure
- Monitor banking relationships, negotiate terms, and manage cash concentration systems
- Implement and maintain internal controls for treasury operations ensuring SOX compliance
- Prepare periodic cash flow forecasts and treasury reports for executive review
- Coordinate with finance team on budgeting, financial planning, and risk management initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 4 years progressive experience in treasury operations, cash management, or corporate finance
- Expertise in disbursement processing, collections optimization, and banking operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and treasury management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations
- Proven experience implementing treasury controls and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
