We are seeking a highly skilled, resilient, and field-ready TRS Field Technician & Torque Turn Technician to join our elite field crew. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence during drilling and workover operations. You will be expected to demonstrate technical precision, uphold strict safety standards (HSE), and contribute to the efficiency of our on-site service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute safe and efficient Tubular Running Services (TRS) during drilling and completion operations.
- Perform precise torque-turn analysis to ensure connection integrity for various tubular sizes.
- Operate and maintain hydraulic power units, casing tongs, and associated handling equipment.
- Coordinate with rig personnel to ensure seamless equipment deployment and operation.
- Perform comprehensive pre-job equipment inspections and post-job maintenance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and permit-to-work systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and optimize project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in TRS and Torque Turn services within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of tubular connections, handling procedures, and drilling site operations.
- Possess valid HSE certifications (Basic Safety Training, HUET, or equivalent).
- Physically fit and capable of working in challenging, remote, or offshore field environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based structure.
- Technical certification or relevant engineering diploma is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency for technical documentation is required.
