Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor real-time fleet operations via GPS tracking systems to ensure optimal performance
- Coordinate sugar cane transport logistics to guarantee timely deliveries to processing facilities
- Respond immediately to operational disruptions including breakdowns, route deviations, or weather delays
- Maintain comprehensive logs of fleet activities, incidents, and delivery metrics
- Optimize routes to minimize fuel consumption and maximize delivery efficiency
- Enforce safety compliance protocols across all transport operations
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for proactive vehicle upkeep
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in fleet management or logistics coordination
- Proficiency with GPS tracking systems and fleet management software
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting operational data and metrics
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with drivers and stakeholders
- Ability to make rapid decisions under pressure during critical situations
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred)
- Knowledge of Nusa Tenggara Timur terrain and transport regulations
