Tanggung Jawab
- Process trucking invoices and settlements accurately and within deadlines
- Coordinate with drivers to verify delivery documentation and fuel receipts
- Manage client billing inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain digital and physical records of transportation transactions
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize route efficiency and cost management
- Generate monthly settlement reports for financial review
- Assist in auditing transportation contracts and compliance checks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in trucking or logistics administration
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel essential for calculations)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian transportation regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
