Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate real-time truck movements across multiple delivery routes
- Optimize dispatch schedules to minimize transit times and fuel costs
- Communicate with drivers via GPS tracking systems to provide route guidance and updates
- Manage dock scheduling and loading/unloading priorities at warehouse facilities
- Resolve transportation disruptions through proactive coordination with stakeholders
- Maintain detailed logs of trucking operations and performance metrics
- Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure on-time deliveries
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in transportation control tower operations
- Proficiency with GPS tracking systems and logistics software
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Basic knowledge of Jakarta traffic patterns and regulations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license (SIM A/C) is advantageous
