Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain trust accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate, current, and fully compliant with regulations.
- Perform administrative duties remotely on Mondays and Fridays, including data entry and file organization.
- Prepare and review trust reports, correspondence, and legal documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, trustees, and financial institutions regarding account activities and inquiries.
- Ensure strict adherence to local financial laws and internal company compliance policies.
- Organize and file financial records, transactions, and legal papers systematically for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for trust assets and beneficiaries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trust administration or a similar financial support role.
- Strong understanding of trust laws and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with trust management software (e.g., TMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid remote/on-site setup.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
