Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive Technical Site Surveys and Reports (TSSR) for telecom infrastructure
- Perform detailed inspections of existing telecom sites including base stations, antennas, and support structures
- Document site conditions using standardized templates and industry-specific protocols
- Verify compliance with OEM specifications for Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, and Ericsson equipment
- Analyze survey data to identify potential installation challenges and recommend solutions
- Prepare accurate technical reports with measurements, photographs, and compliance assessments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve site-specific survey discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in TSSR surveys for telecom sites
- Proven familiarity with major OEM equipment: Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, and Ericsson
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and site surveying methodologies
- Certification in telecom surveying or related technical field preferred
- Proficiency in survey tools and documentation software
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions
