Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise tunneling operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and engineering specifications
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and budget management
- Implement quality control measures and compliance with local/international standards
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for underground construction
- Mentor and train junior staff on tunneling techniques and safety procedures
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for client and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in tunneling and underground construction
- Proven track record leading tunneling teams on large-scale infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field
- Certification in tunneling methods (e.g., TBM operations, NATM) or project management
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical analysis, ground support systems, and excavation techniques
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Fluent English communication skills with technical documentation experience
